Position Responsibilities:
Work with peers and other teams on high-severity, active support issues, prioritizing mitigation while investigating root-cause fixes. Employer will accept four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) scripting in modern programming languages; (2) troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and documenting findings; (3) agile/scrum or a related collaborative workflow; and (4) supporting a live streaming environment, including knowledge of video encoding and delivery, acquisition, codecs, adaptive bit rate video playback, common streaming protocols, and software support.
