Lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Manage multiple high-impact projects while balancing stakeholder needs, resources, and business objectives. Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives supporting operational excellence and quality programs. Create and implement program governance frameworks and best practices to ensure operational consistency. Lead and mentor team members supporting program execution and delivery. Provide regular status updates and reporting to executive leadership on program progress, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
