Description
We are seeking a strategic Partner Engagement Specialist, with a strong cross-functional focus, to help drive our team's mission to educate, engage, and enable Partner Teams in support of subscriber growth and partner health. This role will work cross-functionally to serve as the primary liaison between partner marketing, business development, PR, content, and events teams, ensuring partner engagement initiatives are well-coordinated, high-impact, and aligned to broader business goals.
In this role, you will build strong working relationships across partner marketing, BD, PR, content, and events teams — and collaborate closely with stakeholders across a global, fast-paced media and entertainment organization — to plan, coordinate, and execute partner engagement activities from concept through delivery. Beyond coordination, this role also owns the storytelling and communication that keeps partner teams informed, aligned, and equipped to act — translating complex initiatives into clear narratives, managing projects end-to-end, and building compelling presentations and events that help teams educate, engage, and enable partners effectively.
The ideal candidate can balance strategic thinking with hands-on project management, brings experience operating in high-volume, ambiguous environments, and understands how communication, coordination, and partner experience come together to drive sustained partner health and subscriber growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between partner marketing, business development, PR, content, and events teams to support partner engagement activities, including industry events, experiential moments, and overall partner experience.
Own end-to-end project management for partner engagement initiatives, from initial briefing through execution and final delivery, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
Educate partner-facing teams on relevant programs, initiatives, and priorities to ensure consistent understanding and alignment across the organization.
Engage cross-functional stakeholders around key moments — including industry events and experiential activations — to strengthen partner relationships and support subscriber growth goals
Enable partner-facing teams with the tools, resources, and narratives needed to represent initiatives effectively, including polished presentations and briefing materials.
Partner with content teams to align on relevant titles, talent, and programming moments that can be leveraged to support partner engagement and experiential activations.
Coordinate logistics and planning for industry events and experiential activations, partnering with events and PR teams to ensure seamless execution.
Track progress against partner engagement plans, flag risks, and proactively problem-solve to keep initiatives on track.
Minimum Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or operations — ideally within a fast-paced, global organization in media and entertainment
Exceptional collaborator and communicator with a proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker and storyteller who can distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives
Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initial briefing through execution and final delivery
Proficiency in Keynote and strong presentation-building skills required
Bachelors degree
* Strong team player who can also operate independently in a high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with partnership campaigns and/or PR a plus
Experience supporting or coordinating industry events, experiential activations, or partner-facing programs
Familiarity with content or programming teams and how title/talent moments can support partner engagement
Brings energy, creativity, and passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging
