Key job responsibilities
• Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion high safety and quality standards for both products and personnel.
• Satellite Integration & Testing: Perform integration and testing of Leo satellites and complex subassemblies in cleanroom and ESD-controlled environments.
• Hard ware Handling: Conduct rigging and critical lifts of bulky, sensitive hardware with precision and care.
• Precision Tooling: Utilize calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, optical inspection devices, micrometers, and calipers.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Process Compliance: Execute work in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and work instructions
• Non-Conformance Documentation: Identify and document non-conformities as required to ensure traceability and corrective action.
• Digital Systems Use: Operate computer software programs including Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in SAP.
• Collaboration & Improvement: Partner with Manufacturing Engineers (ME) to develop, refine, and document activities, driving continuous improvement opportunities.
• Operational Support: Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain an efficient, safe, and effective work environment
• Flexibility: Work overtime when required and adapt to working independently or collaboratively within a team.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $38.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act. Base pay information is based on market location. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
