Original job description

Content provided by the employer

The Enterprise Foundational AI (EFAI) organization is accelerating Amazon's enterprise workforce into an AI-native operating model. We are building foundational AI products and enable Quick, Amazons internal AI-powered work companion for employees. We are looking for a tenacious, technically deep Product Manager to own the internal customer experience of Quick, partnering closely with the AWS Quick Product team and the EFAI engineering team to define, shape, and deliver experiences that transform how Amazonians work.

This is not a role for someone who talks about AI conceptually we need someone who lives in AI tools daily, understands their capabilities and limitations firsthand, and can translate that fluency into product decisions that raise the bar for hundreds of thousands of internal customers.

Key job responsibilities
Own the Quick internal customer experience. define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Amazon employees interact with and get value from Quick.

Own and drive the internal Quick product roadmap. Build, maintain, and communicate a prioritized roadmap grounded in customer data, business impact, and technical feasibility; make data driven trade-off calls and hold the line on sequencing

Drive adoption and engagement. Identify friction points, analyze usage patterns, and ruthlessly prioritize improvements that move adoption metrics for 450K+ enterprise users.

Partner deeply with AWS Product leads and the EFAI engineering team. Write clear, technically rigorous requirements; participate in design reviews; make trade-off decisions grounded in technical feasibility and customer impact.

Be the voice of the internal customer. Run listening mechanisms (CX reviews, feedback loops, user research) and synthesize insights into actionable product direction.

Work with AWS to advocate for Amazoinians and iterate on AI-native experiences pushing beyond incremental improvements to define what AI-first enterprise productivity looks like at Amazon's scale

Influence without authority. Work across AWS teams, EFAI engineering, and enterprise stakeholder teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and ship at speed.

A day in the life
You start the morning in Quick's usage dashboards, spotting a drop-off that confirms what customers told you last week. You pull the data, build the case, and lead a cross-team prioritization meeting with product owners across AWS, aligning competing asks against real customer signals. After lunch you're whiteboarding with engineers, debating trade-offs and pushing for the approach that unblocks the most pain. You close the day prepping a narrative for leadership that connects feedback to roadmap bets. The constant: driving alignment across a complex stakeholder group and never letting the customer voice get lost.

About the team
The EFAI Product Team owns the products and platforms that power Amazon's AI-native enterprise experience. Our portfolio spans Quick's internal instance serving 450K+ employees, Kingpin, GRASP, ACIA, and Product Launch Management. We sit at the intersection of leading-edge AI capabilities and enterprise-scale delivery, partnering deeply with AWS product owners, EFAI engineering, and cross-Amazon stakeholders to define what AI-first productivity looks like for every Amazonian.
