We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our AWS Korea Global Sales Operations (GSO). In this role, you will support the Korea GSO and field sales team by executing data analysis, report generation, and operational tasks as directed by the Sales Operations leadership. You will work with structured data from SFDC, QuickSight, and internal BI tools to produce weekly and monthly business review materials, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards that enable Korea sales leadership to make informed decisions.
*This is a 12-month fixed term position with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and performance*

The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, work autonomously, and be a quick learner. You will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, be highly organized, and be able to communicate results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. You will proactively seek answers in self-service tools, and know when to ask for guidance. You are passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed.


Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Extract and consolidate data from SFDC, QuickSight, and internal BI tools to prepare weekly/monthly business review materials (WBR/MBR/QBR), including revenue performance, and pipeline coverage
• Create and maintain operational dashboards, data packs, and performance tracking reports for the Korea sales leadership team
• Support ad hoc data analysis requests and maintain data integrity across reporting tools, flagging discrepancies for resolution
• Drive efficiency improvements by automating recurring data workflows using BI tools

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of working experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Sales Operations support, BI/reporting functions, or related quantitative roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation) and familiarity with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurate results on time
• Strong attention to detail with a data-driven, problem-solving mindset
• Structured communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in IT industry or cloud computing environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and data structures
