Position: IT Support Eng II AMZ10909.8
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Troubleshooting difficult IT problems without SOPs.
2. Planning and coordinating CMs and CM templates.
3. Collaborating with internal teams or vendors to execute projects.
4. Leading continuous improvement efforts.
5. Auditing the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
6. Automating manual tasks; create/improve small tools that help make team operations more efficient.
7. Serving as the first point of escalation.
8. Participating in hiring, training and development of others.
9. Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain
available during production hours.
10. Managing local technical projects.
11. Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
12. Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $60,700/year to $106,300/year)

Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, Software Development, Game Development or
related discipline and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related
occupation in software development or IT Support.
Experience must include:
• 1 year of IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery.
• 1 year of experience with IT systems or in a commercial production
environment.
• 1 year of experience networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL,
OSI Model, or TCP/IP.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Administration, Linux
Administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI).
• 1 year of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability
environment.
• 1 year of experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
