Position: Product MKTG II - AMZ26994.3
Location: Seattle, WA
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Manage and optimize specific revenue-generating programs (e.g., author strategy, giveaways) with clear performance metrics.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials and reporting mechanisms.
3. Own data analysis for assigned programs and recommend optimization strategies.
4. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (Editorial, Amazon Ads, Kindle) to drive program success.
5. Execute content monetization strategies for specific channels or segments.
6. Own benchmark reporting and performance analysis for assigned programs.
7. Develop and test sponsorship packages and advertising formats based on market insights.
8. CRM & Audience Platforms:
A) CRM administration and optimization (e.g., Salesforce), including configuration, custom reporting/dashboards, and workflow automation.
B) Audience targeting and data management for email/digital advertising (e.g., Sonar), including segmentation, suppression logic, and audience activation.
9. Analytics, BI & Reporting
A) Advanced spreadsheet-based analysis and reporting (Microsoft Excel), including pivot tables, complex formulas/lookups, and data cleansing/validation.
B) BI dashboard development for performance monitoring (e.g., Amazon QuickSight), including dataset prep, calculated fields/KPIs, refresh scheduling, and insight generation.
C) Use of AI-enabled marketing/strategy tools to improve content optimization, targeting, and campaign performance (e.g., Pippin AI, Diya AI, Power Chat), including experimentation and measurement.
10. Design & Content Creation
A) Digital creative production using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma), including marketing collateral, wireframes/prototypes, and design specifications.
B) Development of digital graphics and presentation assets using template-based design tools (e.g., Canva).
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $136240 - $160000)

Basic Qualifications
A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field and 3 year(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $136240 - $160000 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
