The Seasonal Trainer will achieve this objective by: - Executing all standard Interim Trainer tasks as outlined on Seasonal Trainer Standard Work Checklist - Effectively executing network standard training plans - Training ambassadors to deliver network standard training - Auditing ambassador training delivery - Providing ongoing support to the ambassadors - Directly coaching associates to improve job performance will support the Learning Team during peak on-boarding. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
