The eero team is looking for a Finance Manager to support eero’s subscription business. As a Finance Manager in this role, you will help define the business strategy for eero, implement process improvements, and drive alignment on financial goals for the subscription business. You will own the subscription forecast for annual Operating Plans (OP1,OP2), Quarterly Guidances, and flag financial Risks and Opportunities (R&O). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and curious with demonstrated ability to dive deep to understand the story behind the numbers.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the quarterly and yearly forecasting process for subscription revenue, gross profit, and ARR by working closely with sales and product business partners.
- Evaluate health of key subscription metrics (active networks, attach rates, churn rate) by customer and cohort to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities for the subscription business
- Participate in deal negotiations with new ISP customers on hardware and software pricing terms
- Be an integral part of the monthly financial close process by performing variance analysis and providing relevant insights to senior management. Identify potential risks and opportunities and make adjustments to the forecast

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
