Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a fast-paced technology company and a leader in the world of Data Centers. We are currently expanding our infrastructure management team in the Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) and invite cleared professionals to join our elite team. Please apply, if you are a proven technology manager with people management/development experience and the drive/vision to take AWS ADC Operations to the next level.

The successful candidate will have experience managing people and teams with varying skillsets and diverse backgrounds. This manager will manage a team that provides tracking, auditing, accountability, and decommission processing of all hardware in a minimum of three geographically separated ADC data centers. The team will streamline current processes for maximum efficiency and improve any and all procedures to ensure customer data is protected at all times. In this role you will mentor people in all levels, manage the delivery of large projects and propose technical solutions to complicated problems.

Customer trust is foremost for cloud services provided by AWS. Our US government customers must be guaranteed that their data will never be exposed. To ensure this, physical security of the data centers and the cradle to grave tracking of any and all storage medium types (disks, solid state disks, flash cards, etc.) are essential. This manager will hire and manage a team of hourly employees that provides tracking and auditing of all media and parts. They also manage the scanning of inventory and destruction processes using approved equipment.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
