Title: Product Manager
Location: 101 Main Street, Cambridge, MA 02142
Duties: Define and manage the product roadmap for the Audible data system products, including sprint backlogs, grooming, planning, and execution. Set and continuously manage expectations with all relevant stakeholders including senior leadership team. Work closely with business groups such as marketing, content, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal and other internal teams to deliver products globally. Lead world-class engineers, QA, UX designers, and other partner stakeholders, providing guidance and direction to achieve the product vision for customer-centric product launches and improvements. Create and maintain sequencing of projects, prioritization, and trade-offs vis-à-vis short-term and longer-term strategic goals. Use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Drive the implementation of recommendations derived from analysis into product features. Position reports into Cambridge, MA office; however, telecommuting may also be allowed.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience as a Product Manager or a related occupation involving experience in digital product management. Salary: $146,349 - 184,100/year. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
