The US Consumables Growth Sales team is seeking an experienced Account Growth Representative (AGR II) to accelerate the success of our most strategic Selling Partners. You will work with high-potential sellers in the Beauty and Health & Personal Care (HPC) subcategories during their first 12 months of selling on Amazon through tailored coaching and problem solving, eliminating obstacles to allow our SPs to scale as quickly as possible.
As an AGR II, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive growth plans tailored to each seller's unique business objectives. Working in collaboration with your peers, other Account Representatives, and NA Sales Leadership, your primary goal is to maximize revenue growth and key growth program adoption for your assigned portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep marketplace expertise to unlock new opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.
A successful Growth Sales Representative is a strategic thinker, consultative seller, and trusted business partner who excels in complex, fast-paced, complex environments. They possess deep knowledge of ecommerce and brand building, and they demonstrate the ability to influence senior-level decision makers. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies are essential.
Key job responsibilities
This is a high-impact role within the organization that is ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to drive significant business results. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
• Develop and execute growth plans for a portfolio of high-value Selling Partners, driving year-over-year growth targets
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending optimization strategies
• Lead growth consultations with senior decision makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors, Agencies, etc.) to align Amazon programs with their business objectives
• Drive adoption of advanced growth programs including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Deals, and other premium services
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Advertising, Marketing, Category teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Maintain accurate forecasting and account documentation within Salesforce, including opportunity management and prioritizing multiple seller growth needs
• Collect and synthesize Voice-of-Seller feedback to influence product roadmaps and programmatic improvements
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and marketplace expertise
• Represent the NSR Growth team in cross-functional initiatives and leadership forums

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
