Qualifications
Required

- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.
Preferred
- Native proficiency in Estonian.

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Advanced transcription or audio annotation, with strong attention to accents, prosody, disfluencies, and variable recording quality.
- Translation or localization work (especially UI, product copy, or conversational text) between English and Estonian.

About the role
In this role, you will help train and refine Grok's voice and language capabilities in Estonian. Your expertise will directly shape how Grok speaks and understands Estonian, from pronunciation and natural phrasing to cultural nuance. You will see your work show up in a product used by people around the world.
What you'll do
• Annotate, label, and provide feedback on multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, and speech samples using proprietary tools.
• Translate and localize text (UI copy, prompts, responses, and other content) from English into Estonian, with attention to accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural fit.
• Help produce clear, natural audio data that accurately captures linguistic and prosodic details such as intonation, rhythm, and accent.
• Collaborate with technical staff to refine annotation guidelines and tools for handling accents, background noise, speech variation, and multilingual audio.
