Are you looking for a leadership opportunity to shape the future of products for employees at Amazon? We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead a team of Product Managers - Technical building .

In this role, you will own the multi-year product strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and be accountable for the customer outcomes your organization delivers. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience — working closely with engineering leadership, science, design, and go-to-market partners to define what we build, why, and for whom.

You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and mentoring a bar-raising team of Product Managers; setting the vision and roadmap for the products in your portfolio; and driving execution across a large cross-functional organization. You will represent your area at the VP and SVP level, write and defend narratives that shape investment decisions, and hold your team to a high bar for customer obsession, technical depth, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep experience leading and scaling technical product management teams, a strong point of view on how to build durable products in ambiguous spaces, and the technical fluency to earn trust from senior engineering leaders. You are comfortable diving into architecture and system-design tradeoffs one moment and presenting a three-year strategy to leadership the next. You thrive in high-ambiguity environments and know how to turn a hard, poorly-defined problem into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
