Tax Engine team is responsible for accurate tax and fee collection and reporting for all Amazon sales. Accuracy and compliance are the top goals for this team. This team interacts closely with various compliance teams.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
1. Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
2. Manage domestic and international travel
3. Manage expense report coordination and submission
4. Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
5. Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters.

7. Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
