Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of various activities aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a specific business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the design or redesign of business workflows. The role requires a thorough understanding of the function s operations and collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback for continuous process improvement.
- Assist in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Monitor the progress of implementation activities and report on key performance indicators.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives with implemented solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Ability to design and re-design organizational structures and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation activities within business functions.
- Capability to adapt to evolving business needs and provide innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
