Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and high-performance solutions within cloud environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to develop and enforce architectural standards and governance.
- Skilled in analyzing complex technical requirements and translating them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance considerations in technology architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
