As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Ability to evaluate and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in problem-solving complex technical challenges within software projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
