We Are:
Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology and Operations services—all powered by the world’s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. Over 500,000 people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries. We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities. Visit us at www.accenture.com.
You are
A delivery-focused MarTech leader who combines strong program management discipline with deep marketing technology expertise. You thrive at the intersection of client relationships and delivery execution — owning outcomes across complex, multi-workstream engagements and translating business objectives into working solutions delivered on time and on budget. You are equally comfortable in a client steering meeting as you are in a sprint review or an escalation call with an offshore pod.
The work
- Own end-to-end delivery of MarTech programs across marketing automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), campaign activation, and analytics — onshore and offshore.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, risks, and program governance through steering committees and status reporting.
- Translate client requirements and strategic intent into delivery plans, resource models, and sprint cadences that keep global teams aligned and accountable.
- Partner with solution architects and functional leads to ensure that what gets built matches what was designed — flagging scope, quality, or timeline concerns early.
- Manage workstream leads and cross-functional teams including integration engineers, campaign managers, data analysts, and QA — across multiple time zones.
- Lead risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation management; maintain a clear RAID log and drive actions to closure.
- Oversee environment management, release planning, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness for platform deployments and migrations.
- Drive continuous improvement — embedding delivery best practices, retrospectives, and lessons learned across programs.
- Contribute to account growth by identifying expansion opportunities, participating in proposals, and shaping delivery approaches for new business pursuits.
Travel may be required from 0–100% depending on client requirements and business need.
What you need
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or program delivery, with at least 4 years focused on marketing technology.
- 5+ years track record delivering large-scale MarTech implementations — marketing automation (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar), CDPs (Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar), or CRM/data platforms.
- 5+ years of program and project management skills: delivery planning, resource forecasting, risk management, and milestone tracking across multi-vendor, global teams.
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships at senior levels — comfortable leading governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates.
- 1+ years of experience with AI (Native AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI) applications in marketing — content generation, predictive segmentation, agentic campaign workflows — enough to guide delivery teams and set client expectations.
- 5+ years of experience operating in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
Bonus points if you have
- PMP, or equivalent delivery / agile certification.
- Platform certifications in Adobe, Salesforce, or major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks).
- Cross-industry delivery experience (High Tech, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Comms & Media, CPG & Retail, Financial Services).
- Experience with managed services or run-and-maintain engagements alongside transformation delivery.
- Strong data literacy — ability to interpret campaign performance, data quality reports, and integration health dashboards.
- Exposure to offshore delivery models and experience managing global delivery centers
