As part of our Value Case Transformation within Global Network under Strategy & Consulting, you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions, translating business needs into scalable architectures and technology roadmaps while guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering with senior clients and stakeholders.

 

📌 What will you do?

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions, from business requirements to architecture and implementation.
• Drive Process Mining and BPM initiatives leveraging SAP, Signavio, Celonis or similar platforms.
• Define solutions combining Automation, Cloud, Data and Analytics, using technologies such as Power Platform, Python, APIs, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI / GenAI, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Evaluate solutions considering scalability, cost, security, risks and business impact.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, AI and engineering teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and clients, leading technical discussions and providing solution recommendations.
• Contribute to solution estimations, proposals and business development initiatives.

📌 Your experience counts!

• Experience in consulting, business process transformation, BPM or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Process Mining / BPM, particularly SAP, Signavio and/or Celonis.
• Experience with Automation technologies, including Power Platform, Python, APIs or scripting.
• Experience with Cloud & Data platforms, such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of solution/cloud architecture, integrations, deployment and security.
• Experience with BI & Analytics, including Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience with AI / GenAI solutions, including RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery, multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with solution estimations and proposal development is a plus.
