The Engines and Experiences customer experience team is looking for a Digital Experience Manager to help grow our Cloud computing and AI platform business. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to help form the web strategy, user journey and Go-To-Market motion for these sites. OUR TEAM: The team has a vision to create world class websites by inspiring, educating, and supporting customers throughout their digital experience. Our charter is to manage, continually optimize and test our worldwide web properties to drive engagement, leads and trials. We are a fast-paced group with a focus on getting things done, simplifying anything and everything, and having fun doing it. You will be in the middle of it all, helping to make decisions that impact customer experiences, acquisition funnels, and global web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present the strategy, marketing plans and user journey for key programs and experiences within the digital ecosystem.
- Drive all marketing requirements and campaign initiatives for the cloud computing and AI platform portfolio.
- Represent voice of the customer in developing strategies to impact the end-to-end digital funnel.
- Shared ownership of the business targets for web channels.
- Drive learning through qualitative UX research and A/B testing for the web direct channel to continually improve user experience.
- Share insights to inform partners.
- Ensure digital customer journey flows smoothly through top of funnel acquisition into sales and lead motions.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and engineering to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for new features and capabilities.
- Drive reporting and analysis in partnership with operations and engineering teams.
- Track and analyze the key metrics weekly and monthly.
- Ensure customer and business data inform all plans, activities, and decisions.
- Lead marketing global engagement web requirements for site implementation.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic planning and execution while managing multiple projects and competing priorities across teams, time zones, and platforms.
- Experience collaborating across large, matrixed organizations to build alignment and support for initiatives and projects.
- Experience navigating ambiguity, building cross-functional partnerships, and driving progress on projects with limited direction.
- Project management experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience supporting the measurement, reporting, and evaluation of digital and social media initiatives.
- Experience using data, insights, and feedback to inform recommendations and support business outcomes.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Strong attention to detail and experience developing high-quality communications, content, or project deliverables.
Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $86,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $113,300 - $187,400 per year.
