The Business Analytics Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. - Drive Strategic Business Solutions & Insights: Relevant insights to the business that can accelerate strategic decisions effectively pointing towards early data trends and their drivers
- Business critical Dashboards: self-explanatory and detailed dashboards to review the portfolio health with the business leaders with analytical backing of particular trends of interest
- Assessing Campaign Impacts: Understand the campaign setup and through data exploration get the actual campaign performance in terms of P&L. Using the data put together a solution to optimize the marketing spends based on campaign performance.

As a Business Analytics Analyst 2, we are seeking an experienced analytics candidate who should be able to perform below behaviors in their day to day role:
- Client Obsession – Create client centric analytical and insightful solutions to accelerate strategic decisioning for the business. Individual should be able to have a holistic view of multiple businesses and develop analytics solutions accordingly.
- Analytic Project Execution – Own and deliver multiple and complex analytical projects. This would require an understanding of business context, deeper understanding of the business critical KPIs along with their behavior and impact, identifying trends and patterns with data
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in stakeholder management across various functions and regions and should be able to effectively handle partner communications.
- Articulation & Presentation Skills: Creating and delivering high class presentations to share the thoughts, the solutions or the problem statement to business stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to coach and mentor juniors.
