Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines
Good to have skills : Aircraft Maintenance

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at developing effective technical solutions to address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. The practitioner applies a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to resolve engineering issues. Daily activities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing technical data, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering processes to ensure successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on engineering practices.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance processes and procedures.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and practices related to aircraft engineering.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical data control.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess engineering problems and develop practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
