You Are:
A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created consistent and positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated approach leveraging a combination of knowledge of the Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources, and/or Utilities industries coupled with solutions applying Cloud, Data and AI as a foundation to deliver all our services. As a Sales Capture Senior Manager or Associate Director, you will be responsible to originate, shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service which are profitable to Accenture and valuable to our clients.
The Work:
- Lead the development of innovative solutions to complex technology and business challenges by combining deep expertise in client needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. Partner with senior client executives and Accenture leaders to shape strategic opportunities, influence decision-making, and drive high-value pursuits.
- Develop and execute pursuit strategies, create compelling client value propositions, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Bring a differentiated, industry-leading perspective across technology strategy, Data & AI, application development and management, cloud, and infrastructure services, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to solve business challenges and accelerate growth.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in cloud and AI platforms to design scalable, business-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in defining objectives, approaches, and solutions for critical initiatives.
- Collaborate across large, cross-functional teams and lead key sales and pursuit activities to drive client and business success.
Travel: Travel may be required for this role and will vary based on business needs and client requirements, typically ranging from 25% to 75%.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling complex technology and business solutions
- Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $15M+
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 15 years) work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
