Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Good to have skills : Aircraft Maintenance

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at developing effective technical solutions to address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Daily activities include analyzing problems, applying scientific and socio-economic principles, and leveraging practical experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes that align with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Document engineering processes and solutions clearly to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Aircraft Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and practices related to aircraft parts cataloguing.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles to support structural and stress design activities.
- Familiarity with configuration management and qualification processes within engineering projects.
- Competence in problem-solving using a combination of technical knowledge and practical experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
