Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline software delivery and enhance product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for performance and reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
