As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across platforms. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver seamless and efficient service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Varicent.
- Strong understanding of packaged and software as a service application configuration and support.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving within packaged application environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Varicent.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
