Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles and frameworks.
- Experience in developing and enforcing data policies and standards.
- Ability to analyze and improve data quality and integrity across systems.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data governance initiatives.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to implement data governance strategies effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
