This role will involve sharing expertise in Infrastructure Event Management to support these collaborative efforts. Maintain reliable and secure information technology infrastructure to support organizational needs. Identify opportunities to continually improve services and enhance operational effectiveness. Govern ongoing service delivery and implement enhancements to meet evolving requirements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless infrastructure event management. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management. A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced Data Management and Integration (DMI). Advanced Issue Management. Advanced IT Infrastructure Operations. Advanced IT Security Operations.
