Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the execution of tests, monitoring defect resolution, and utilizing quality processes and methodologies to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing activities. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement of testing practices are key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Test Management, TestNG.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and ETL process workflows.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for data warehousing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test automation frameworks relevant to ETL testing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
