Amazon Legal is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com.

Key job responsibilities
- Counseling the marketing, sales, and business development teams on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions.

- Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and building processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

About the team
The ASCS legal team is embedded within Amazon Legal and partners directly with business leaders to enable one of Amazon's fastest-growing service offerings. We operate at the intersection of technology, logistics, and commerce — helping businesses of all sizes and industries leverage Amazon's logistics network. Our team values creative problem-solving, a bias for action, and building scalable legal frameworks that keep pace with rapid business growth.
