Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, balancing the availability of candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, guiding them on what to expect, answering questions, and building trusted relationships that reflect Amazon's commitment to a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to manage workflows, track scheduling metrics, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating roadblocks when appropriate.
- Leverage generative artificial intelligence tools and recruiting technologies to streamline coordination tasks, improve data accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for scheduling procedures and operational best practices, training new team members as they join.
A day in the life
You will start your morning reviewing your scheduling queue, confirming interview panels, and sending preparation materials to candidates. Throughout the day, you will partner closely with recruiters to adjust schedules, resolve last-minute changes, and ensure every candidate feels informed and supported. Between coordination tasks, you may analyze scheduling data to spot trends or draft process documentation that helps your team work more efficiently. You will wrap up by following up on open items and preparing for the next round of interviews.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
