Required: Training as a pharmaceutical representative, or other training/study qualifying the applicant to practice under the German Medicines Act; at least 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales for highly specialized Rx indications; knowledge of Germany’s pharmaceutical, pharmacoeconomic and health-policy landscape; skills in omnichannel engagement, territory and account planning, time and budget planning, and customer-interaction technologies. Zielsetzung der Stelle

 

 

  • Erhöhung der Awareness für die Seltene Erkrankungen und Erhöhung des Takeda Marktanteils in der Indikation CIDP  im entsprechenden Außendienstgebiet
  • KOL-Management im entsprechenden Außendienstgebiet

 

 

 

Verantwortlichkeiten der Stelle im Detail

 

 

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu den Zielkunden der Facharztgruppen Neurologen aus Klinik und Praxis sowie Schwestern/MFAs und versorgende Apotheken
  • Verkauf im Verdrängungsmarkt Immundefekte in Kliniken und im niedergelassenen Bereich
  • Erreichen der quantitativen und qualitativen Vertriebsziele
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen zur Indikation CIDP
  • Regelmäßige Bewertung, Auswahl und Nutzung des richtigen Kommunikationskanals für den jeweiligen Kunden
  • Koordination des regionalen cross-funktionalen Account-Teams (inkl. Erstellen und Pflegen der Key Account Pläne sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Account Reviews)
  • Systematische Marktbeobachtung sowie Durchführung von Markt- und Potenzialanalysen hinsichtlich marktrelevanter, wettbewerbs- und gesundheitspolitischer Informationen u.a. im Rahmen und in Vorbereitung von Gebietsreviews
  • Eigenverantwortliche Optimierung der Aktivitäten im Gebiet, unter Einsatz von KI-Tools, um Effizienz und Innovation voranzutreiben

Anforderungen (Ausbildungsgrad / Berufserfahrung / Kenntnisse)

 

 

  • Ausbildung zum Pharmareferenten oder eine Ausbildung/Studium, die nach Arzneimittelgesetz berechtigt, diesen Beruf auszuüben
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb hoch spezialisierter Rx-Indikationen bzw. bevorzugt bei Seltenen Erkrankungen
  • Kenntnisse der pharmazeutischen, pharmakoökonomischen / -politischen Landschaft in Deutschland Omni-Channel-Fähigkeiten
  • Solide Kenntnisse im Erstellen von Gebiets- und Accountplänen einschließlich Situationsanalyse und abgeleiteten Maßnahmen, sowie deren Umsetzung unter Einbindung der cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Zeit- und Budgetplanung
  • Solides Verständnis von Omni-Channel-Engagement
  • Solides Verständnis für die Anwendung von Technologien zur Kundeninteraktion
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
