The Interactive Experiences team combines design and technology to create purposeful, simple, and magical digital experiences. We are looking for an exceptional Interactive Producer to join our team. You will have the opportunity to innovate and improve the way customers interact with Apple in our partner’s physical stores. The position requires marketing savvy, technical fluency, and a passion for crafting personal, innovative, and seamless digital experiences on a global scale.
Description
In this role, you will collaborate and guide internal creative and development teams, as well as partners from Channel, IT, and Product Marketing, towards innovating and improving customer experiences.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing aspects related to requirements gathering, documentation, crafting and distilling briefs, leading creative reviews, owning the project plan and roadmap, and more.
You will work with our internal tools and systems that are an extension of Apple’s marketing— and need to be at the same level of quality. You will meticulously drive issues to conclusion.
The position oversees large product features, maintenance updates, and platform enhancements and ensures projects of all shapes and sizes are produced on strategy, on time, and within budget.
You will facilitate the creative and development process by providing marketing insights and platform strategy along the way.
Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
Facilitates project presentations independently to senior stakeholder levels.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in digital project management.
5+ years of experience guiding both engineering and creative teams through projects.
Expertise in marketing and development of digital communications across products and projects.
Experience delivering results against tight deadlines and can define new processes to support evolving work streams.
Proven ability in collaborating with other producers, agency teams, and cross-functional partners to support the success of a project.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build influence and strong cross-functional partnerships. Fosters collaboration across all levels and disciplines.
Experience articulating business strategy to project teams and advocating for the right solution.
Ability to identify critical paths and dependencies to drive projects forward to ensure quality execution and implementation.
Possesses a deep understanding of system design and user experience principles.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $225,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
