Description
Apple Services is seeking a highly-organized, passionate and experienced Digital Producer to join our Services Employee Engagement team. The Digital Producer will support our events and programs with preproduction planning and live production execution with our digital tools, as well as ongoing maintenance and development of our Services internal website. The Services internal website requires regular updates to promote current news and key topics, as well as development for Services team pages. This work requires engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders at various levels, and occasional work with vendors and contractors. The right candidate is always striving for a best in class and engaging experience for our employees and knows the importance of professionalism, innovation and creativity in their day-to-day work, ensuring a high-quality, engaging virtual experience for our Services audience.
Responsibilities
Ensure a seamless integration of our virtual platforms (I.e. Services internal website) with live presentations.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand creative goals, audience, and event vision for our programs.
Develop creative briefs where necessary, outlining the style, tone, and messaging for content.
Develop plans to support build and management of regular updates and new content needed for our digital tools and platforms.
Coordinate with technical teams for streaming setup, including video, audio, and lighting for virtual attendees.
Oversee virtual engagement tools (Q&A, live polling, chat moderation).
Support presenters with digital tools, ensuring smooth transitions between in-person and virtual segments.
Monitor virtual audience engagement and troubleshoot any digital issues during the event.
Provide technical support for post-event virtual access and development.
Minimum Qualifications
5-10+ years experience in live events, studios, and production
Proven track record in event production, with hands-on experience guiding live production, post-production timelines and deliverables
Experience leading complex projects and planning initiatives
Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position
Available to work some nights and weekends as needed
Up to 30% + travel required; both domestic and international
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to plan optimally; successfully navigating and executing within corporate structures.
Creative problem solver able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and proactive, and maintaining a high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with tight timelines.

Bachelor’s degree or comparative in digital tools and development.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,700 and $225,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
