Logistics Operations Manager/Senior Manager - TikTok Commerce

About the role

This team is responsible to be focus on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.

What you'll do

• Integrate the development goals of the overall international logistics business and promote project optimization through collaboration with logistics partners
• Responsible for logistics operations for Korea's local logistics business in international e-commerce, working closely with the platform's core logistics service providers, and focusing on the continuous optimization of overall operational quality
• Identify operational issues through data analysis and gain deep insights into the root causes via field research and on-site visits, then propose and implement solutions
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to drive achievement of business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in both Korean and Mandarin for work communication as this position requires to work with local logistic partners and internal Logistic team based in China
• Capable of smooth coordination and collaboration with partners from multiple regions
• Experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations
• Experience working with traditional fast-moving logistics operations

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred
