Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous business functions by addressing technical challenges promptly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize application reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Strong knowledge of server administration and troubleshooting techniques related to Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting email infrastructure, including mailbox management, database maintenance, and security configurations.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose complex issues affecting application performance and availability.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement updates, patches, and system enhancements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Server.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
