What You Will Do

Lead Client Transformation Programs

  • Lead complex compliance, regulatory, risk, and governance transformation projects across the banking sector.
  • Define project vision, outcomes, delivery approach, governance structure, and success measures.
  • Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making at senior management and board levels.
  • Support clients in designing sustainable compliance operating models and governance frameworks.

Compliance & Regulatory Advisory

  • Advise clients on evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Strengthen compliance management systems, governance, and control frameworks.
  • Support regulatory remediation programs and supervisory engagements.
  • Assist clients in enhancing compliance risk assessments and monitoring capabilities.
