Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Workplace Technology / EUC professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Device Management. The role will focus on managing and supporting Windows workstations and mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage enterprise Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Intune.
Configure and troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, configuration, security and application deployment.
Manage iOS/iPadOS and Android devices through Microsoft Intune MDM.
Support Windows Autopilot, device lifecycle management and Microsoft Entra ID integration.
Troubleshoot endpoint, policy, application, enrollment and compliance issues.
Support MECM/SCCM environments and co-management scenarios.
Provide endpoint support and participate in modern workplace / endpoint transformation initiatives.

Good to Have Skills
Windows 365 Cloud PC – provisioning and management through Intune.
macOS device management using VMware Workspace ONE.
Enterprise Mac device support.
Microsoft Teams support and troubleshooting.
PowerShell scripting and endpoint automation.
Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.

Must-Have Skills
Microsoft Intune , Windows Endpoint Management , iOS/Android MDM , Device Enrollment , Configuration & Compliance , Application Management , Endpoint Security , Entra ID , Windows 10/11

Good-to-Have Skills
MECM/SCCM , Windows 365 Cloud PC , Windows Autopilot , macOS , VMware Workspace ONE , Microsoft Teams , PowerShell

Experience
4–8 years of experience in EUC / Workplace Technology / Endpoint Management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments.

15 years full time education
