Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that applications are efficient, reliable, and scalable to support organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect, fostering an environment where ideas are exchanged and improvements are consistently implemented to enhance overall application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard creation to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in integrating Tableau with various data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline reporting processes and enhance productivity.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Tableau server and client applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Tableau.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
