Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to enhance existing functionalities and implement new features. Utilizing agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet evolving business requirements. The workday is dynamic, balancing coding, testing, and refining software elements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain quality and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO MDM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka, Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with integration of middleware and enterprise applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO MDM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
