Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, all while applying modern development methodologies to deliver high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular, PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vue.js.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
