Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the current organizational state. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Senior Finance Functional Consultant (someone who has configured the taxation, VAT) and well versed with Chart of accounts & finance modules (AR, AP, budgeting, invoicing), fixed Asset management & COGS. Should have good communication skills since it is client facing
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to design and document business processes and operating models effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Capability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
