Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. Your work contributes directly to enhancing system performance and functionality, supporting the overall objectives of the organization through innovative software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks associated with the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA environment.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software components tailored to specific business needs.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
