As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. This role requires guiding and mentoring teams throughout the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on delivering scalable and high-performance software that aligns with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong experience in software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in custom software solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience in setting and enforcing development standards and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
