Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and designing business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. The role requires close collaboration with business process owners to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear requirements aimed at enhancing efficiency. Additionally, the position involves participating in quality management reviews to verify that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. A significant part of the day is dedicated to educating and engaging stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the designed processes, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to promote cohesive process implementation.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within supply chain functions.
- Experience in designing and implementing process blueprints that align with business goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and adoption.
- Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with design and business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and guide stakeholders on process designs and improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
