Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and crafting detailed business process designs that align with organizational goals. This includes collaborating closely with business process owners to develop comprehensive process blueprints and defining key performance indicators to measure success. The role requires active participation in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are thoroughly addressed. Additionally, the position involves educating various stakeholders to foster a clear and shared understanding of the designed processes, thereby supporting seamless implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive process integration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process performance and recommending actionable enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within supply chain planning.
- Experience in designing and implementing process blueprints that align with organizational objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and clarity.
- Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
