As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications to meet business needs.
- Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools to streamline application development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain application stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
