Project Role : Business Function Design Architect
Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Function Design Architect, a typical day involves innovating and designing business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with business process owners to develop detailed process blueprints and define key performance indicators that drive efficiency. The architect supports quality management reviews to ensure all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating various stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designed processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive process integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business process performance.
- Experience in designing and implementing process blueprints and key performance indicators.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and guide stakeholders on process designs.
- Capability to conduct quality management reviews ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
